Cortland Court project (So. Portland, ME) was a total tear off project for 10 buildings. The 75,000 sq.ft project required that Feeley Brothers Roofing replace sections of rotted plywood and rafters,  project. The roof is tapered. The roof is covered by a Firestone 20-year Red Shield warranty.
